How to Add a New Ad Template in the Enterprise Dashboard

The Ad Designs Page in the Enterprise Dashboard allows users to view existing ad templates, customize these templates and add new ones. This article walks through the process of adding a new ad template.


Navigate to the Ad Designs page from your Enterprise Dashboard. Click Add Template in the upper right-hand corner to begin designing a new ad template.

On the left-hand navigation, you will see templates available for selection with a preview of the template to the right. Select the template you’d like to use then click Save & Customize Ad in the top right-hand corner.

On the Customize Template page, there are numerous fields that you can customize:

  1. Choose which information to display in the text fields. These fields have the ability to pull information from your data feed (most likely your website provider) or you can opt to use a static text for each field.
  2. Select desired colors for the background and text colors.
  3. Upload your logo and resize, if needed

As you make selections, the ad will automatically update to reflect the changes. Click Save & Next when you are done making selections.

The Additional Settings page allows you to select additional color options available to your users when they purchase an individual campaign in their AdStore. Click the + to add an additional color then enter the hex or RGB color code. Add as many color options as you’d like, then click Save & Close when finished.

Now, you should see your ad design template on the main ad design page. In order to activate the template you designed as a default template, please reach out to your account manager or our support team.
