Why was my ad rejected by the ad network?
Standard online advertising practices for all digital advertisers, including Adwerx, require that your destination page closely relate to the content of what is being promoted and be publicly accessible to all web visitors. If your Adwerx ad was denied by the ad network, your campaign will indicate which of the following reasons it was denied for:
Inconsistent Branding:
In order for your ad to be approved by our ad networks, your ad and destination page must have a name or logo in common.
Please update your branding in your account with the following steps:
- From your Account Summary Page click My Campaigns in the left navigation panel
- Find the ad you'd like to edit
- Click on the Manage Campaign button next to the campaign
- Under Manage Your Ad Campaign, select Edit Ad
- Make changes as needed, ensuring the branding is consistent between your ad and your destination page and click Update when finished
Creative Not Clicking Through:
We could not submit your ad because your destination page does not click through properly or appears to be down.
Please update your destination page in your account with the following steps:
- From your Account Summary Page click My Campaigns in the left navigation panel
- Find the ad you'd like to edit
- Click on the Manage Campaign button next to the campaign
- Under Manage Your Ad Campaign select Destination Page then Edit Destination Page
- Make changes as needed, ensuring the destination page is publicly accessible to all web visitors and click Update when finished
