How to Connect Your Facebook Page to Your Adwerx Account

In order for your Adwerx campaigns to run on Facebook and Instagram, you need to connect your Facebook Business Page to your Adwerx Account. Here are instructions on how to set this up.

‍Note: Not all accounts have the capability to connect individual accounts to personal Facebook business pages. If you're an Adwerx Enterprise customer, your AdStore administrator has to enable this feature for it to be available to you.

There are 2 ways you can connect your Facebook Page to your Adwerx account. You can do it directly from your Adwerx Account Pages or you can set it up as you're purchasing a new Adwerx campaign.

Configure Your Preferred Page in Your Adwerx Profile

  1. From your Account Summary Page in your Adwerx Dashboard, select Facebook Page in the left navigation panel.
  1. Select the blue Connect a Facebook Page button.
  1. Sign in to your Facebook Account (you may need to allow pop-ups to see this window).

Note, if you have two factor authentication set up, there will be an additional step to log in.

  1. Select the Facebook business Page you’d like to connect to. 
  • Note, you will see all of the Facebook Pages that you have “Manage” access to. Please be sure to select the specific Page you want to set as your default setting. 
  • Additional Pages can be added/authorized at a later time. 
  • If you don’t see your Page pop-up, please confirm you have a business Page set up and not just a personal Facebook Profile.
  1. Once you select your preferred Page, it will populate into a list of Page(s) that you have authorized. 

Note: If this is your first time adding a Page, only one Page will show. 

6. If you’d like to connect additional Pages in the future, this can be done through your Adwerx Account Pages.

Alternatively, you can also connect to your personal Page when you’re setting up a new ad campaign. 

As you go through the process of setting up and purchasing a new campaign, if you have not previously added your Facebook authorization, you will be asked to do so. Note that this only applies if you’ve selected a product that runs through Facebook ads. Zip Code Desktop ads and Streaming Television ads do not apply.
