How to Update Your Payment Method
Our Billing Hub in the Enterprise Dashboard makes it easy to manage your invoice and payment method.
Please note, billing is handled on the Billing Hub in the Enterprise Dashboard for most partners. If you have any questions on how to access your bill, please contact your account manager.
To update your payment in the Billing Hub, follow these steps:
- After you’ve logged into your account, navigate to My Account in the upper right-hand corner and click Enterpise Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Settings page on the left-hand navigation panel. From here, click on the Billing tab and then Open Billing Hub.
- The Billing Hub will open in a new browser tab. You are able to update your payment method directly on this page. Click Edit to update the current payment method (i.e. you currently pay by credit card and would like to switch to a new credit card). Click Need to Change Payment Method to switch to a different payment method (i.e. you currently pay by credit card and would like to pay via a bank account instead).
- Enter your new payment information and click Update when finished. Your updated payment information will be used for your next payment.
