Why isn't my listing ad automating?

The most common reason that your listing ad is not automating is that there is information missing either on your website or the MLS. Adwerx pulls our listing ad information directly from your website, so this is the best place to start.

Please ensure that the listing page on your website includes the following information:

• Agent Name
• Agent Email*
• Agent Phone Number
• Agent Headshot
• Property MLS #
• Property Address

*The email address used with your listing must match what we have on file

If any of this information is missing, please update your listing page to include it. As a reminder, your listing ad typically takes 24-36 hours to begin automating after it’s entered into the MLS and pulls across to your website.
