How Does Adwerx Target Mailing Addresses With my Sphere ad?
Adwerx helps you reach your Sphere of Influence by targeting the street addresses, email addresses and/or phone numbers in your personal database with always-on ad campaigns that will reach your contacts across premium websites covering 96% of the web, in mobile apps and on Facebook and Instagram. How does street address targeting work?
Our software leverages technology that connects the IP address of devices that are heavily used at a physical location to that location's street address. We then target ads to all devices that are associated with that address. Each household may have multiple residents and multiple devices that are associated with that address and thus targeted with the advertisements. We recommend increasing your impressions per month slightly to account for this larger audience size.
What is an IP address?
An Internet Protocol (IP) address is the unique identifying number assigned to every device connected to the internet.
Because our targeting is tied to the devices used at a location (and not the physical geographic area itself), when someone leaves the physical address you’ve entered, they will continue to be targeted with your advertisement.
